Celera consolidates its position as young talent accelerator in Spain with its 8th Generation

We strengthen our commitment to promote young talent by supporting the Celera initiative, in conjunction with the Rafael del Pino Foundation and the Francisco Soria Melguizo Foundation. Celera is the first talent accelerator in Spain focused on people. This year, the programme unveiled its 8th Generation made up of Spain’s most-talented young people. It equips participants with the necessary tools to enhance their emotional and professional skills. The aim of the programme is to highlight our country’s talent by offering them the opportunities they need in Spain and thus create role models that contribute to improve our society.

This year, Celera’s panel of experts has selected ten talented young individuals from more than 170 applications. The selection criteria include the individual, their talent and ability to excel, regardless of their field, from entrepreneurship to engineering, from the arts to science.

The 8th Generation, which will start the programme in mid-February 2022, is made up of: Fernando de Zavala, Ana Rodríguez Galán, Fernando Villamón Barranco, Eduardo W. Jorgensen, Morad Maanan Tieb, Almudena Martín Castro, Luis Alvarado Matínez, Marcos Sáenz Niño and Rocio Cobo Pérez. All of them will participate in an intense programme with workshops, courses, big opportunities, talks and activities focused on personal and professional development. In addition, during these events they will meet leading figures of the professional world such as Nobel Laureates, heads of State and recognised professionals from various sectors.
