Until Sunday 25th February, the International Fair of Artists’ Books and Contemporary Editions, ArtsLibris, will take part for the third consecutive year in ARCOmadrid in order to spread awareness and support the artists’ books publishing sector.
ArtsLibris has consolidated its place as a pioneer fair in Spain for marketing and spreading awareness of artists’ books publishing, photo books and contemporary editions, thanks to its many contributing exhibitors and the international focus of the project.
In this year’s third edition, ArtsLibris will have a larger space in which to display the works of 30 international editors. In addition to the interconnecting space between the different pavilions, pavilion no. 9 will include larger stands and also the Speakers’ Corner, where a number of presentations will take place relating to artists’ books, photo books and publications, hosted by the various authors, curators and editors involved. Some of the authors who will take part in this schedule include Javier Peñafiel, José Dávila, Dorothea von Hatelmann, Oriol Fontdevila, Ouka Leele, Miguel Trillo, Júlia Spínola, Carlos Vidal and Horacio Fernández.
