Today, September 10th, the XI edition of ‘Apertura Madrid Gallery Weekend’ opens, the great event of modern and contemporary art that inaugurates the new exhibition season in the galleries and that will begin today with the joint opening of the galleries that make up Arte Madrid. During the month of September, the 48 galleries that make up Arte Madrid, will exhibit works by more than 75 artists in the most representative art spaces of the city and make ‘Apertura Madrid Gallery Weekend‘ an essential event in the European cultural agenda.

Within the galleries, you can attend all the events organized in their spaces: guided tours, conversations, presentations and children’s activities, among others; the guided tour of the sculptures of the Juan March Foundation and the Arco Gallery Walk, the guided tours of the galleries offered by the Arco Foundation. As a novelty for this XI edition, all Opening exhibitions will be available in different digital media, in addition to the new web of Arte Madrid.
