How do art and culture influence companies today? Find the answer in Culhunting Day 2016. It is a day full of experiences, inspiration and activities which will take place on 8 November in the School of Management of Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
Real-life experiences will show you how certain companies are related to culture where culture is used a transformation tool.
The event will be divided into three parts: innovation, in which we will talk about transformation and the art of reinvention; communication, which will address the topic of creating communities (BrandArt Content); and people, where we will reflect on the figure of the worker.
In this edition, companies and artists such as Richard Gerver will take the stage. Mr Gerver will talk about how art and culture help to promote creativity in companies. Víctor Medem, director of the Festival Schubertíada in Vilabertran, will take place in the round table of hybrid talents, engagement and motivation. Belén Badía, Human Resources manager for Uriach, will explain how art has helped to motivate employees. Arnau Muñoz, CEO for Airbnb in Spain and Portugal will talk about how culture has helped the Company to connect with the target audience.
During the event, the II CultHunting Award will be given out, aimed at acknowledging the work of a Company that focuses on using culture as a means to drive transformation or transformative projects linked to art, science and knowledge.
