20 years of the Sabadell School of Opera
The Sabadell School of Opera is also celebrating its 20th anniversary. Since 1996 more than 100 talented young persons have passed through the School’s classrooms to be trained on stage interpretation and musical techniques, corporal expression, style, direction…all with one objective in mind: at the end of the year being able to represent the Operas in front of the audience. The challenge faced by this school is offering experience to young people who are interested in the Opera, allowing them to have their first experience of the stage, orchestra, scenography and costume, with the aim that future opera professionals always remember their first opera experience as a big step towards becoming a professional.
On this anniversary up to 9 students will participate in three theatre productions La Farándula (Sabadell) with the opera ‘Don Giovanni’
