Bursaries to support the ELLIS PhD programme

Bursaries to fund expenses related to six PhD students of the ELLIS programme, focused on scientific research relating to the study of the intersection between the human being and artificial intelligence.

“I am currently researching on algorithmic justice; my work is focused on developing AI
algorithms that make decisions as fairly as possible without discrimination. I also work on
developing algorithms that use social media information to make decisions as fairly as
possible and with positive social impact”.
