Last days of ‘Big Bang Data’, the world’s transformation brought about by the information explosion.
Until 14th August, you can visit this exhibition, which explores the recent phenomenon of the data explosion which we are currently experiencing.
The exhibition has been held in Barcelona, Madrid, Buenos Aires, London and Singapore, and now the ‘Big Bang Data’ exhibition comes to Prague’s DOX Centre for Contemporary Art to give us an answer to this question: how is the information explosion transforming our world?
How much data do we generate on a daily basis? It is becoming increasingly easy to store and process large quantities of data to detect patterns such as behaviours, consumption, investments…. all through mobile phones, sensors, social media, digital photography and videos, purchase transactions and GPS signals.
