For another year, the Colegio Oficial de Médicos de las Islas Baleares is opening the call for Banco Sabadell Foundation Rotación Externa MIR scholarships, with the objective of providing training opportunities for those medics who are carrying out their medical residencies in hospitals in the Balearic Islands. The training has a minimum duration of one month in national and foreign hospitals.

A total of 2 scholarships will be awarded for rotations in national hospitals, and 2 scholarships will be awarded for foreign hospitals. In last year’s edition two medical residents had the opportunity to use these scholarships to spend three months at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, and at Boston Children’s Hopsital in the United States.
