Leadership and co-creation are the focus of a new meeting with cultural entities of the Banco Sabadell Foundation’s community

Representatives of various cultural entities from the Banco Sabadell Foundation’s Community met to share experiences, establish synergies and work together on projects that seek to strengthen the cultural fabric. The meeting, where the first lines of action were established, was attended by different organisations led by prominent people in the sector with which the Foundation collaborates.

In this meeting, some of the issues that most interest the cultural sector were addressed. For example, the need to raise awareness in society about culture as a basic right, which must be accessible to all people, was discussed. This approach underscores the commitment to cultural accessibility and inclusion, reminding everyone that culture is fundamental to personal and collective development.

This group of references, called “Grupo Motor” and of which some fifteen organizations are part, has led to the formation of other contrast groups that, together, have enriched reflection and analysis. In this way, the Banco Sabadell Foundation has begun a co-creation process to materialise new initiatives that will make it possible to boost and enhance the ecosystem. In total, some 40 of the entities from all over the country that are part of the Foundation’s Community have been part of this process, providing valuable perspectives and innovative proposals.

This meeting acts as a key opportunity to improve and consolidate alliances between the organizations with which the Foundation collaborates. By bringing together diverse cultural entities and fostering a space for co-creation and innovation, synergies are generated that strengthen existing relationships and create new strategic connections. In addition, direct interaction and the exchange of ideas allow for the identification of common goals and collaboration on projects that benefit all participants.

As a challenge, the participants highlighted the importance of the training and training of leaders, as it ensures that organizations have projects capable of facing challenges and adapting to new challenges.
