The test process will be open, selective and evaluated by a maximum of nine professionals of the Catalan stage. The auditions will be held in January and the candidates must present to the jury a monologue in Catalan lasting a maximum of three minutes. Based on this and the documentation submitted an initial selection will be made of a maximum of 30 candidates. In February, those selected will be trained for three consecutive weeks to again present their monologues and also new ideas. And last, the first week of March, the 30 candidates selected will take their last audition before the jury to find the eight actors who will form part of La Kompanyia Lliure.
The Banco Sabadell Foundation supports this initiative to promote talent among young people and training in sectors such as culture. A commitment to talent and the new generations is one of the cornerstones of the Foundation.
