Talent
This project motivates and supports young talent through volunteers providing guidance and training. Many of the young participants have defined the experience as enriching, unique, productive, enlightening and highly inspiring. Assistant Director of the Banc Sabadell Foundation, Sonia Mulero, highlights what she describes as “the incredible work of these volunteers, their support for young people in companies, discovering their vocation with just one goal in mind: to motivate them to go on learning”.
This event, held on 14 January in Madrid, brought together more than 100 young people and volunteers who shared their experiences during the project.
