The Ralbar scholarship programme aims to develop projects that contribute to revitalise the rural environment of the province of Leon, Spain. The programme mainly offers
economic support and academic and institutional tutelage to students of the University
of Leon to help them realise these projects that contribute to reactivate rural areas,
either economically or culturally
“It was an enjoyable experience in which I have learned a lot. I have realised of how
important it is to be aware of rural areas and propose activities and initiatives. I have
learned aspects of the culture of Leon that I did not know before. It was a very productive
and special experience that I would like to repeat”.
