The Espurnes Barroques festival offers high-quality musical experiences in Baroque enclaves and unique landscapes, mostly in small towns within central Catalonia. The performances, often independently created pieces, are always coupled with a food tasting event linked to the artistic proposition. During four weekends in May and June, Espurnes Barroques organises a cultural marathon to dive into a true Baroque festival, so that everyone can enjoy this special privilege, which focuses above all on supporting creation and young talent.

In parallel to the concerts, the festival includes a wide range of social activities (actions coordinated with projects for social inclusion, as well as workshops and auditions adapted to special groups) and educational activities (workshops for children, youths and adults, open trials and master classes), which make the most of the presence of professional musicians in the region.
