On Sunday 10th April Auditori de Barcelona will be displaying the audiovisual installation ‘Liquid: Speeches. Raquel García-Tomás’ at 18:00. Followed by the ‘Noves perspectives globals’ concert, by Crossinglines, an act which forms part of the Sampler Series of new music, which the Foundation also collaborates with.
There are only a few days left to visit the ‘+Humans’exhibition at Centro de Cultura Contemporánea de Barcelona. More than 41,000 persons have visited this exhibition, which invites us to reflect on the limitations of human beings. Open until Sunday 10th April.
During this weekend you can also enjoy literature in Girona, at the Festival MOT. Over thirty renowned authors will meet to debate and reflect on literature, under the theme ‘Written lives, writing lives’. The MOT aims to bring writers closer to their readers and transmit the idea that literature is important for their wellbeing, and offer a range of high quality events on a national and international scale.
For all photography enthusiasts, the ‘All Photography is an enigma’ exhibition by French photo historian, Michel Frizot, is highly recommended. You can see the exhibition at Foto Colectania in Barcelona, until 21st May.
In Girona, another of the highly recommended photography exhibitions this weekend is ‘Photobooks. Here and now’, an exhibition which brings together some of the leading publications of this renovative movement in Spanish photography, and proposes to some of its artists a shift to the exhibition walls. Open until 24th April at Sala Bòlit.
