The eighth edition of the B-Value Programme kicked off in March. This social innovation programme for non-profit organisations is promoted by the Banco Sabadell Foundation together with the Ship2B Foundation. Every year, the programme supports 40 social entities, providing them with tools to enhance their leadership capabilities and professionalise their value proposition.
From 8 to 12 April, on-site training sessions on design thinking and workshops were held with mentors from Banco Sabadell in Barcelona and Madrid. Specifically, 40 employees from various units took part, helping social entities to define their value proposition.

The second phase of the programme will kick off in May, in which 10 organisations will be selected to receive personalised and intensive mentorship and participate in a week-long bootcamp. 15 employees from Sabadell Seguros will also take part in this second phase as mentors. The Demo-Day event will take place at the end of the year to award prizes to the finalist organisations.
