The new edition of B-Value, the social innovation programme promoted by the Banco Sabadell Foundation and the Ship2B Foundation that this year celebrates 10 editions, is already underway. Once again, the initiative will support 40 third-sector organisations in strengthening their value propositions and developing more strategic and sustainable leadership.
During the first phase of the programme, the 40 selected organisations will take part in a training itinerary combining online and in-person sessions. Over these weeks, participants will have access to specialised webinars, intensive design thinking sessions and workshops led by experts and mentors, all aimed at consolidating key leadership, management and innovation skills.
In addition, this initial phase will benefit from the direct support of Banco Sabadell professional volunteers. A total of 40 of the Bank’s professionals will support the organisations through personalised mentoring sessions, joining a network of more than 350 volunteers who have contributed to the programme since its inception in 2017.
This year, the programme reached a new record in terms of applications, with figures similar to those of 2021, when the number of candidates increased following the pandemic, which had a particularly strong impact on the third sector.
The 40 organisations participating in this 10th edition represent a wide range of sectors and social challenges. The selected organisations are as follows, according to their area of activity:

Volunteers from Sabadell Seguros, who serve as mentors, will join this second stage.
The initiative ends with the Demo Day, during which finalists present their projects to a panel of judges and the cash prizes and pro bono awards offered by the programme’s partners are announced.
The programme is promoted by the Banco Sabadell Foundation and the Ship2B Foundation, and co-promoted by Fundación Juan Entrecanales de Azcárate. It is also supported by Sabadell Seguros, PWC, Fundación ONCE and Fundación Joaquim Molins Figueras as strategic partners, and by Salto con Red, Asociación Española de Fundaciones, and Coordinadora Catalana de Fundaciones as collaborating institutions.
